At Mentionables, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
